When, creator of modern atomic bomb—Julius Robert Oppenheimer—after the first test explosion on 16 July 1945 at New Mexico, was asked how he felt after the first atomic bomb was exploded on the earth, he replied: it probably was not the first atomic bomb on the earth, but the first atomic bomb in modern times.
After witnessing first successful test of the bomb, Oppenheimer had quoted Gita, “I am become death, the destroyer of worlds.” This saying is actually derived from the Gita, where Lord Krishna exhorts Arjuna to do his duty on battleground. Whenever he was plagued with self doubt and sense of guilt, he remembered Lord Krishna saying that he would bring death and destruction to evil.
Was Oppenheimer giving us a clue that the technology of atomic energy had already existed? Does it mean when the Mahabharata spoke of Brahmastra—the deadliest weapon known to mankind in those days, it was talking about atomic bomb?
In the Mahabharata, this is how Brahmastra has been described:
The unknown weapon is radiant lightening, a devastating messenger of death, which turned all to ashes—a single projectile charged with all the power of the universe. An incandescent column of smoke and flame as bright as ten thousand suns rose in all its splendour. the corpses were so burned as to be unrecognizable. Their hair and nails fell out; pottery broke without apparent cause, and the birds turned white. After a few hours all foodstuffs were infected. The lightening subsided and turned into fine ash.
If this is not the description of a nuclear blast, what it it?
If you want to destroy the true culture of India to demoralise and eat up confidence of Hindus so that you can impose your own religion, use one word—mythology—at place of its historical achievements and inventions. Next generations would be easily brainwashed. This is exactly what invaders of India did. And they succeeded fully.
Ignoring glaring historical proofs like submerged Dwarka city, the ruins that have been verified to be 5000-32000 years old, they called Mahabharata a mythology. They discounted Ram Setu to call Ramayana a mythology. How conveniently they call emperor Ashoka of Maurya dynasty historical, but described emperor Vikramaditya as mythological. Emperor Ashoka was born in 304 BC, while Vikramaditya was born in 102 BC.
Every historical glory of Hindu was wiped out as mythology. What is heartrending and distressing that three generation of Hindus after independence are still deeply brainwashed and they are digging their own grave by mocking their own root, religion and faith in order to sound modern and liberal. However, handful of proud Hindus have woken up to the reality how they have been fooled in the name of secularism. Would these handful of firm and proud Hindus be able to cause Hindu uprising and reclaim their lost glory?
