If you have developed high respect and regard for Javed Akhtar for being poet and lyricist, you are miserably mistaken. Dare to disagree with Akhtar and ‘a classless troll’ would emerge out of his character.
The moment you criticise him, he would start abusing you like an uncivilised, uneducated and unemployed youth roaming in streets.
Foul words like cockroaches, creeps, “अपनी औक़ात मे रह”, were not used by an uncouth juvenile, but Javed Akhtar, the poet and lyricist.
When a twitter user Gorakhnath Chaube called controversial historian Ramchandra Guha hypocrite, it was enough to bring out abusive element out of his character.
"I do not want India to be a country in which millions of people say 'yes' to one man. I want a strong opposition".
Thus Jawaharlal Nehru, speaking in 1950, the year the Republic was founded.— Ramachandra Guha (@Ram_Guha) January 26, 2019
Calling Prime Minister, head of our nation, “चोर” (a thief) is freedom of expression, but calling a controversial historian Ramchandr Guha hypocrite is insult, according to Javed Akhtar.
"I do not want India to be a country in which millions of people say 'yes' to one man. I want a strong opposition".
Thus Jawaharlal Nehru, speaking in 1950, the year the Republic was founded.— Ramachandra Guha (@Ram_Guha) January 26, 2019
You creep , you are not even worth a speck of dust on a shoe of a scholar like Mr Guha . How dare you be so rude . Apni auqat mein raho .

When Shefali Vaidya agreed with Gorakhnath Chaube, Akhtar didn’t hesitate to threaten her “Lady this time you have taken PANGA with wrong person.”
Sigh! @Javedakhtarjadu, I NEVER expect either polite or intelligent reaction from you ji. I don’t think you are capable of either! But I DO admire your persistence – to come back for more insults with the tenacity of a worm! https://t.co/dOMk3RokPv

I wish I could also admire some thing about you . Lady this time you taken a panga with a wrong person . You have yet see my persistence . You need the help of your imbecile friends to keep you going . Come on come all . I am ready . Let’s see how rude you can be .

Freedom of expression is reserved only with likes of Javed Akhtar, who can openly threaten a woman. Isn’t India cursed when she had role model like morally bankrupt Javed Akhtar?
