No doubt India has emerged as one of the Medical Tourism hub where many from neighbouring Asian Countries come to get the quality treatment which is not available in their own countries.

Medical visa are critical and urgent in most of the cases and hence such requests reach higher authorities quickly. Often tweets from External affair Minister Sushma Swaraj have been portrayed as an attempt from Indian side for Peace and humanity.

But at the same time there are often news about our Soldiers being martyred due to Pakistan’s Cease Fire Violation or Pakistan State Sponsored Terrorism.

There were total 780 instances of Cease Fire Violation alone in 2017.

Also, Kulbhushan Jadhav has been awarded a death sentence by Islamabad military court for alleged espionage activities. He is an Ex-Navy officer. Even after several efforts from Indian side, Pakistan has refused to settle the issue and let Kulbhushan Jadhav free. His Wife and mother were allowed to meet him after several requests and not surprisingly they were given an ugly treatment.

Hence, the question seems to be still valid if Indian Government should provide Medical Visas and continue other relations with Terror State Pakistan, even after attacks on Army and torture of our citizens. Indian government is focusing on Humanity while Pakistan on Terrorism at the same time.

Certainly, providing Medical Visa’s to the needful people is humanity which saves their life, but at the same time it important for the Government of India to understand that we are losing our Soldiers and now Indian Citizens like Kulbhushan Jadhav because of Pakistan. By not allowing Visa’s India can have a indirect impact on the Pakistani Government through their Citizens. Certainly, life of each individual in the world is vital and should not be kept on risk due to political reasons by not granting visa or any other reason. But at the same time, for India, life of our soldiers and citizens are important too and needs to be protected.

India should discontinue all relations and stop providing medical visas for Pakistan until release of Kulbhushan Jadhav. Its time India takes action against Pakistan so that it puts an efforts to stop its state sponsored terrorism.
